Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy

These terms apply to everything you buy from Build With Moe ("we", "us"), which is run by Moe, a real estate professional based in Nigeria. By paying on this website you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email us before you buy.

1. What we sell

• Digital products: Bills of Quantity (BOQs), books, guides and courses, delivered as files or links by email.
• Consultation: sessions with Moe held every Sunday at 2:00 PM WAT. You pay once and get lifetime access. After you pay, you message Moe on WhatsApp to get your access details.

2. Estimates, not professional advice

BOQs and cost guides show estimated materials, quantities and prices. Real costs change with location, supplier, season and the market, so treat every figure as a guide. Our products and consultations are for education and planning. They are not engineering, architectural, legal, tax or financial advice. Please confirm important decisions with a qualified professional. We cannot guarantee any result from using our products.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and are shown at checkout. The price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
• Payments are handled by Paystack, by card or bank transfer. We never see or store your card details.
• Your bank may charge its own fees or apply its own exchange rate if you pay from outside Nigeria.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.

4. Delivery

• Digital products are delivered to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes of your payment being confirmed. Download links also appear on the page you see after paying.
• Each download link works for 14 days and allows up to 10 downloads. Please save your files to your device.
• Please check that your email address is correct, and look in your spam folder. If your email doesn't arrive, use the "send it again" option on the page after payment, or email us with your order reference.
• Some items, such as consultations, may be delivered or arranged by Moe directly. The confirmation email and the page after payment will tell you what happens next.

5. Refund Policy

Digital products (BOQs, books, guides, courses)

Because digital files are delivered immediately and can't be returned, all sales are final once the files have been delivered to you. We will gladly refund or replace your purchase if:

• you were charged but did not receive your files;
• the file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot fix it within 7 days;
• we sent you the wrong product; or
• you were charged twice for the same order (we refund the extra charge).

To ask, email us within 7 days of your purchase with your order reference and a short description of the problem.

Consultation (lifetime access)

• Your access is for life, so there is nothing to reschedule. If you miss a Sunday, join another one.
• If you were charged but did not receive your access details within 7 days, or you were charged twice, we will refund you.
• Once you have been given access, the purchase is not refundable.

If you live outside Nigeria

Some countries give buyers a right to cancel online purchases. For digital content, by buying you ask us to deliver it immediately and you agree that you lose any right to cancel once delivery has started, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Paystack. Banks can take 5 to 10 working days to show the money.

6. How you may use what you buy

Everything you buy is for your own personal use and remains our copyright. Please don't copy, share, resell, post online or give away our files, links or course material. One purchase is for one person.

7. Limits on our responsibility

We take care to make our products accurate and useful, but we provide them "as they are". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from decisions you make using our products, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address, what you bought, and the payment reference and amount. Paystack handles your card or bank details.
• When you contact us: your name, email, phone (if given) and message.
• When you subscribe: your email and first name.

How we use it

To process your order, deliver your files, give you support and keep our accounts. We add buyers to a customer list so we can look after their orders. We only send you news and offers if you ticked the box at checkout or subscribed through the website, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell your data.

Who helps us

We use trusted services to run the website: Paystack (payments), Brevo (email), and Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage). Pages also load content from YouTube and Google Fonts, which may collect technical data such as your IP address under their own policies. Your shopping cart is kept in your own browser.

How long we keep it and your rights

We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, accounts and legal reasons. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop marketing emails, by emailing us. We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you pay applies to your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This does not remove any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
